I had a superb lunch at a collaboration between Manish Mehrotra and Prateek Sadhu on the Delhi Indian Accent. We sat in the principle restaurant with Rohit Khattar, the proprietor, who had the imaginative and prescient and braveness to place his religion in Manish. At that stage, Manish had labored for Rohit for a decade, however solely as an Oriental chef, and it took guts to open the primary Indian Accent on the Manor Resort in Delhi’s Associates Colony.
