Methodology
- Infuse your gin with fennel by including a number of fennel seeds. Let it sit for at the least 24 hours to permit the flavours to meld.
- In a cocktail shaker, mix the fennel infused gin, coconut milk, and maple syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake nicely till the combination is completely chilled.
- Pour the combination right into a coupe glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
