Cousin Louie’s will bring Italian dishes to Dripping Springs this fall

After Central Texas-owned hospitality group Tc4 & Co. officers announced the closure of Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries and Shakes in Belterra, the identical crew promised to convey a full-service Italian restaurant to the house.

Cousin Louie’s is a brand new idea helmed by Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, alongside Tc4 govt chef Louis Ciola III.

On the menu

The Italian restaurant will provide hand-made pastas, Italian-American dishes and a wine menu. Lots of the dishes shall be Ciola household recipes.
