Birmingham Italian restaurant to bring back popular dishes of the past

The restaurant beneath Birmingham’s The Grand Lodge, will see the return of the favored dishes between June 19 and July 28.

Following a latest survey, the place prospects had been requested about their favorite Gusto Italian meals, 500+ responses confirmed three stand out dishes. Probably the most-ordered ‘comeback’ dish will likely be added to the AW24 A La Carte menu.

The successful starter, fundamental and dessert had been: Creamy Garlic Mushrooms, served in a white cream sauce, topped with crispy shallots and served with toasted Puglian bread; Flattened Rump Steak, marinated in garlic and rosemary oil and chilli flakes, served with contemporary rocket lettuce and parmesan; and Nutella and Mascarpone Calzone, served with vanilla gelato.

Kat Schofield, Head of Advertising and marketing at Gusto Italian, stated: “We’re actually wanting ahead to bringing again a collection of our visitor’s favorite dishes from the previous. These have been standout with our loyal prospects for years and we’re excited to see which of them wins an area on our subsequent menu.”

The Comeback Tour Menu will likely be accessible throughout all 14 venues together with Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Nottingham, Oxford, Liverpool, Alderley Edge, Cheadle Hulme, Didsbury, Heswall, Knutsford, and Cookridge.
